As a Community Ambassador, you serve as a linchpin for engagement and member experience, helping to cultivate a sense of belonging and enthusiasm within our dynamic community.
Key Objectives
- Create an inviting atmosphere that nurtures community engagement.
- Be a first touchpoint for newcomers, guiding them through the various community features and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new members warmly, offering answers to their questions and directing them to resources that can enrich their community experience.
- Initiate or assist in hosting events in alignment with our community ethos, such as interactive webinars or social activities.
- Act as a liaison between community members and organizational leaders, channelling valuable feedback for ongoing improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- An eagerness for community growth and a strong alignment with our core values.
- Experience in community involvement is a plus, although not a necessity.
Collaboration & Interaction
- Engage directly with newcomers and established community members, providing guidance and addressing queries.
- Collaborate occasionally with other community roles, such as Subject Matter Experts or Project Facilitators, particularly for specific events or projects.
Performance Metrics
- Quality and volume of interactions with new and existing members.
- Engagement levels in events you have initiated or contributed to.
- Value-added contributions like sharing resources, offering tips, and providing actionable feedback.
