As a Curriculum Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting the educational backbone of our community. You’ll combine subject matter expertise with innovative design strategies to create enriching and engaging educational experiences.
Key Objectives
- Develop curricula that align with the community’s educational vision and values.
- Provide educational resources that are accessible, inclusive, and transformative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design educational programs, courses, and materials in line with the community’s objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Guides to tailor curriculum to target audiences.
- Review and update existing educational materials for relevance and quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in curriculum design or educational development is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in the educational space.
Collaboration & Interaction
- Work closely with Educational Technologists to integrate technology and interactive elements into the curriculum.
- Coordinate with Community Ambassadors to understand the needs and preferences of our community members.
Performance Metrics
- Feedback on curriculum effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Utilization rates of educational materials and programs.
- Contribution to key community objectives and educational KPIs.
