Human Resources > Training > Training Feedback

  • Training Event: This details specifics of the training session, such as date, location, and attendees.
  • Employee: This contains information about the employee who attended the training session.

Using Training Feedback

Here’s how to create a Training Feedback:

  1. First, go to the Training Feedback list and click on New.
  2. Then, select the relevant Employee from the list.
  3. Choose the Training Event that the employee attended. The Event Name, Course, and Trainer Name associated with this event will automatically fill in.
  4. Next, input your feedback in the Feedback box.
  5. Finally, save and submit your feedback.

Quick Tip: You can also access Training Feedback directly from the Training Event dashboard. This makes it easy to provide feedback right after the training session, while the information is still fresh.
