Empress Salary Slip: Edit, Track, and Manage Payroll

Introduction

If you need to make changes to a Salary Slip, you can easily do this within Empress:

  1. Navigate to the Salary Slip you wish to edit.
  2. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Click ‘Save’.

You can also track the status of Salary Slips from the Salary Slip List. The statuses can be:

  • Draft: The Salary Slip has been created but not yet submitted.
  • Submitted: The Salary Slip has been submitted, but the payment has not been processed.
  • Paid: The salary has been paid to the employee.

User Roles and Permissions

In Empress, different roles have different permissions:

  • HR User: Can create and manage all Salary Slips.
  • HR Manager: Can oversee and approve Salary Slips.
  • Employee: Can view their own Salary Slips.
