Key Objectives
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives that resonate with the community’s ethos.
- Monitor community activities to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for increased engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies for community contests, challenges, and interactive events.
- Analyze community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of various activities and events.
- Collaborate with other community roles to co-create experiences that enrich community interaction and learning.

- Strong understanding of community engagement and growth metrics.
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution abilities.
- A keen interest in education, particularly transformative educational methods.
Collaboration & Interaction
- Work closely with other key roles such as Community Ambassadors and Subject Matter Experts to bring your strategies to life.
- Serve as an intermediary between community needs and organizational objectives, ensuring alignment and mutual growth.
Performance Metrics
- Rate of participation in community challenges and events you’ve designed.
- Community feedback and its integration into future engagement strategies.
- Indicators of member satisfaction and engagement levels, such as survey responses or activity metrics.
