  • Gather feedback to continuously improve and tailor events to the community’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage community events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Collaborate with community members to identify event topics, speakers, and formats that resonate with the Empress audience.
  • Promote upcoming events within the community and on various platforms to maximize participation.
  • Gather post-event feedback to assess the effectiveness and areas of improvement.
