Key Objectives
- To offer targeted, high-impact mentoring that enhances the educational experience.
- To facilitate goal-setting and strategic planning for mentees, empowering them to achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 or group mentoring sessions on topics of your expertise.
- Develop mentorship plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of your mentees.
- Act as a go-to resource for questions, problem-solving, and additional guidance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in a specific subject area or skill set.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience, with a genuine interest in aiding others’ growth and development.
Collaboration & Interaction
- Work closely with Learning Guides, Subject Matter Experts, and other mentors to provide a seamless, enriching experience for mentees.
- Act as a liaison between mentees and the wider community, advocating for resources or changes that would benefit the educational experience.
Performance Metrics
- Improvement in mentees’ understanding and application of subject matter.
- Mentee satisfaction and feedback.
- Frequency and quality of mentoring interactions.
