  1. Go to Non Profit > Tax Exemption 80G Certificate > New.
  2. Set the Naming Series and designate the Certificate Recipient as Member.
  3. Select the Member. The system automatically fetches the Member Name, Email, and PAN Number.
  4. Select the Date and the Fiscal Year.
  5. Choose the Company. The system automatically fetches the 80G Number, PAN, and other details.
  6. Select the company address you want to print on the certificate. If unspecified, the default company address will be used.
  7. Click on Get Memberships. This fetches all the Memberships for the selected Member in the specified Fiscal Year and sets the total amount.

You can now save your progress. A Print Format titled 80G Certificate for Membership is available for use.

  1. Go to Non Profit > Tax Exemption 80G Certificate > New.
  2. Set the Naming Series and designate the Certificate Recipient as Donor.
  3. Select the Donor. The system automatically fetches the Donor Name, Email, and PAN Number.
  4. Select the Date.
  5. Choose the Company. The 80G Number, PAN, and other details will be fetched automatically.
  6. Select the company address you want to print on the certificate. If unspecified, the default company address will be used.
  7. Select the donation for which you want to generate the certificate. The donation details will be fetched for the selected donation.

You can now save your progress. A Print Format titled 80G Certificate for Donations is available for use.
