Key Objectives
- Foster a welcoming and productive learning environment.
- Assist community members in achieving their individual learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to community members who are engaging with the educational materials and projects.
- Help resolve any learning-related queries or obstacles that community members may encounter.
- Curate learning resources, checklists, and guidelines to enhance the educational experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of the educational content and resources offered within the community.
- Proven capability to guide and mentor.
Collaboration & Interaction
- Liaise with other roles such as Project Facilitators, Educational Sustainability experts, and Expert Mentors to offer a rounded learning experience.
- Serve as an intermediary between learners and subject matter experts within the community.
Performance Metrics
- Participant feedback and satisfaction with the learning process.
- The successful completion of learning milestones by community members.
- Timely and effective resolution of learning-related challenges.
