Accessing Empress Notes

Starting with Empress Notes is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. From your Empress dashboard, go to Home.
  2. Next, click on Tools.
  3. Finally, select Note.

How to Create a Note

Creating a new note in Empress is a breeze. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Note list and click on the New button.
  2. Enter the title of your note in the Title field.
  3. Use the Content field to jot down your note. This field works like a text editor, allowing you to format your note as required.
  4. Click on Save to store your note.

Managing Note Visibility

Empress Notes takes collaboration to the next level by allowing you to control the visibility of your notes. You can choose to make your notes public (visible to all users in your Empress account) or private.

To make a note public, simply check the ‘Public’ option in your note’s settings. After doing so, a new checkbox labeled ‘Notify users with a popup when they log in’ will appear. This handy feature sends a popup notification about your note to users when they log in, ensuring that your note gets the attention it deserves.

Empress Notes also lets you assign read, write, or share permissions to specific users. You can manage these permissions from the ‘Share’ option located in the left sidebar.

Enable Notifications for Notes

If you wish to notify users about a public note, Empress has got you covered. Simply enable the notification feature and Empress will send a popup notification to users about your note when they log in. This feature ensures that your note reaches a wider audience, increasing its visibility and impact.
