Getting Started

To begin, you’ll want to navigate to the Interview section. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Home’.
  2. Select ‘Human Resources’.
  3. Choose ‘Recruitment’.
  4. Click on ‘Interview’.

Before you start, make sure you have set up your Interview Round and Job Applicant. These are essential for creating an interview record.

Creating an Interview Record

Creating a new interview record is easy with Empress. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the Interview list.
  2. Click on ‘Add Interview’.
  3. Choose the appropriate Interview Round and Job Applicant.
  4. Enter the interview date in ‘Scheduled On’ and the time in ‘From Time & To Time’.
  5. Optionally, you can include a Resume Link.
  6. Click on ‘Save’ to create the record.

Once you’ve saved the interview, you can reschedule it at any time using the ‘Reschedule Interview’ button. You can also submit feedback for the interview directly from the dashboard.

Note: Keep in mind that only interviewers linked to the selected Interview Round can submit feedback.

Exploring Key Features

Calendar View

This feature allows you to see all your scheduled interviews in a color-coded calendar. You can access this by going to the Interview list, clicking on ‘List View’, and then selecting ‘Calendar’.

Interview Feedback

Once feedback has been submitted for an interview, you can view a summary in the ‘Feedback’ tab. This includes the overall average rating, the distribution of ratings for each feedback, the average rating for each skill, and individual feedback comments.

Tracking Interviews

With Empress, you can easily keep track of all interviews related to a specific job applicant. You can view this information directly from the applicant’s dashboard.

Interview Reminder

To ensure no interview gets missed, Empress can send reminder emails to interviewers for upcoming interviews.
