Adding Team Members

To include new members in your team, you would need to send them an invitation through Empress Cloud. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Click on the Settings menu located on your dashboard.
  2. A drop-down menu will appear. Select Profile & Team.
  3. You’ll be redirected to a page with various sections. Scroll down to the Team Members section.
  4. Click on the Manage Members button. A dialog box will pop up.
  5. Click on the Add Member button.
  6. Input the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send Invitation.

The person you invited will receive an email invitation to join your team on Empress Cloud.

Removing Team Members

If you wish to remove a member from your team for any reason, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Manage Members dialog box as explained in the previous section.
  2. Locate the member you wish to remove.
  3. Click on the Remove button next to that member’s information.

Please note that once you remove a member, they will immediately lose all access to your Empress Cloud account. Confirm this is what you want before taking this action.
