Using the ‘Delayed Tasks Summary’ Feature

Viewing the Delayed Tasks Summary

To view the Delayed Tasks Summary, navigate to the Projects module in the Empress dashboard, then select the Delayed Tasks Summary report under the ‘Reports’ section.

This will open a comprehensive report of all tasks that are past their due date. You’ll see a list of tasks, their respective project names, task owners, start dates, end dates, and the delay in days.

Sorting the Report

You can sort the report based on any column by simply clicking on the column header. For example, if you’d like to see which tasks have been delayed the most, click on the ‘Delay in Days’ column header.

Editing the Report
