Getting Started

Here’s how you can use the Maintenance Schedule Detail feature:

  1. Accessing the feature: Navigate to the Maintenance module in Empress, and select Maintenance Schedule Detail.

  2. Adding a new record: Click on the New button to add a new maintenance task.

  3. Filling in the details:

    • Item Code: This is a unique code for the item that requires maintenance. It is automatically generated and cannot be edited.

    • Item Name: Enter the name of the item.

    • Scheduled Date: Select the date when the maintenance task is planned to take place.

    • Actual Date: This field will automatically be filled once the task is completed.

The Maintenance Schedule Detail feature is accessible to users with the Administrator role. Other users can view the records but cannot create or edit them.
