The Customize Print Format feature allows you to design the layout of your printable or email-able documents in Empress. The feature offers three types of formats: Standard Print Format, Custom Print Format, and HTML Print Format.

Standard Print Format

Every document in Empress comes with a unique Standard Print Format. This layout is automatically generated and its design depends on the positioning of the fields in the document. To modify the layout, use the Customize Form feature in Empress.

Custom Print Format

If you desire a more personalized layout, consider creating a Custom Print Format. By using the Print Format Builder tool, you can design your own layout by simply dragging and dropping fields as you please. Empress also provides a selection of predefined templates in three styles: Modern, Monochrome, and Classic.
