Creating a New Quality Meeting
Setting up a new Quality Meeting is a straightforward process. Just follow these steps:
- Go to the Quality Meeting list and click on New.
- Fill in the Agenda. This is your planned list of discussion topics or activities.
- Complete the Minutes table:
- In Document Type, choose from Quality Review, Quality Action, or Quality Feedback.
- In Review, select the specific Quality Review, Action, or Feedback you’ll be discussing.
- In Minute, include any written or recorded documentation associated with the Review.
- Click on Save to create your Quality Meeting.
Once your meeting is conducted and all agenda items are discussed, you can change the Status of the Meeting to Closed. This indicates that you’ve achieved your meeting’s purpose.
