From manufacturing and purchasing to selling and stock transfers, this report keeps you informed of all inward and outward transactions. It’s your key to understanding the quantity, value, and warehouse details of stocks issued, received, or transferred.

When paired with the Perpetual Inventory system, the Stock Ledger Report provides a historical record of all your stock transactions, offering an in-depth view of these transactions all in one place.

Key Features of the Stock Ledger Report

Here are the key features you’ll find in the Stock Ledger Report:

  • Incoming Rate: This is the value of the stock when it was added to your inventory. It matches the value entered in the Rate field of the document.
  • Balance Value: This is the total value of the remaining stock in your inventory. It’s calculated by multiplying the Valuation Rate by the Balance Quantity of a stock item.
  • Valuation Rate: This rate is calculated based on the valuation method you have chosen.
