Setting Up for Quality Review
Before you can conduct a Quality Review, you need to establish a Quality Goal in Empress. This goal will serve as the standard against which you will evaluate your products or services.
How to Create a Quality Review
Creating a Quality Review in Empress is a straightforward process:
- Go to the Quality Review list and click on ‘New’.
- Choose the Quality Goal you want to assess.
- In the Review section, provide your feedback on how well the Quality Goal has been achieved.
- Save your entries.
You can add more detailed feedback in the ‘Additional Information’ section if needed.
Key Features of Quality Review
Automatic Periodic Creation
When you set a review frequency for your Quality Goal, Empress will automatically create Quality Reviews at these intervals. These reviews will be marked as “Open”, allowing the quality manager to review and complete them when necessary.
What Comes After a Quality Review?
After you’ve completed a Quality Review, you may want to create a Quality Action. This tool is useful for documenting any corrective or preventive actions you’ve taken based on the review’s findings.
