This feature enables users to assign a standing, or a rank, to each supplier based on their performance. The Supplier Scorecard Standing Feature allows users to:

  • Assign a unique Standing Name to each supplier.
  • Choose a Color for each standing to visually distinguish between different supplier standings.
  • Set a Min Grade and Max Grade to define the range of each standing.
  • Enable warnings for Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) depending on the standing of the supplier.
  • Prevent RFQs and POs if the supplier standing does not meet the set criteria.

To view the supplier standing:

  1. Navigate to the Buying module.
  2. Click on Supplier Scorecard Standing.

To edit the supplier standing:

  1. Click on the desired standing name.

The Supplier Scorecard Standing Feature allows users to sort the supplier standings based on the Modified field. By default, the standings are listed in descending order of modification.

The System Manager role has full access to create, read, write, and delete supplier standings. Other roles may have limited permissions depending on the settings determined by the system manager.
