  1. Import Master Data: Upload data exported from Tally that consists of the Chart of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers, Addresses, Items and UOMs.
  2. Process and Import Day Book Data: Import all historic transactions exported from Tally.
  3. Set Company Accounts: Define your company’s accounts in Empress based on the imported Tally data.
  4. Track Migration Status: Monitor the status of the data migration process, including successful imports and failed attempts.

  4. Tracking Migration Status: You can track the status of your data migration under the Import Log section. Here, you’ll find the Failed Import Log and Fixed Error Log.

User Roles and Permissions

The System Manager has full control over the Tally Migration feature. They can create, delete, email, export, print, read, report, share, and write data.
