The feature fetches current market exchange rates automatically, but you also have the option to use fixed exchange rates by creating them in the Currency Exchange form.
Accessing the Currency Feature
To access the Currency list, follow these simple steps:
- From your Empress homepage, navigate to the Accounting section.
- Select Multi Currency and then Currency.
Setting Up Your Currency Preferences
Each currency in Empress comes with widely accepted default settings. However, you can still modify these settings to suit your specific business needs.
Enabling or Disabling Currencies
By default, a select few popular currencies and your company’s currency are enabled. To enable more currencies:
