Maximizing Efficiency with Empress' Transaction Assignment

Introduction

Assigning Transactions

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.
  2. Select the transaction you want to assign.
  3. Click on the Assign button.
  4. Choose the team member to whom you want to assign the transaction.
  5. Click Save.

Note: You can reassign a transaction at any time by following the same steps.

Managing To-Dos

  1. Open the To-Do List from the main dashboard.
  2. Click on the Add Task button.
  3. Enter the details of the task.
  4. Set a priority level for the task.
  5. Click Save.

Note: You can edit or delete tasks at any time from the To-Do List.

Sharing and Maintaining a Calendar

  1. Go to the Calendar tab.
  2. Select the date for your event.
  3. Click on the Add Event button.
  4. Enter the event details.
  5. Click Invite and select the team members you want to invite.
  6. Click Save.

Note: All team members can view and edit the shared calendar.

Building a Company-Wide Knowledge Base

  1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base tab.
  2. Click on the Add Article button.
  3. Enter the article details.
  4. Click Save.

Note: All team members can contribute to and benefit from the knowledge base.

Tagging and Commenting on Transactions

  1. Select a transaction from the Transactions tab.
  2. Click on the Add Tag or Add Comment button.
  3. Enter your tag or comment.
  4. Click Save.

Email Integration

  1. From the Transactions tab, select the transaction you want to email.
  2. Click on the Email button.
  3. Enter the recipient’s email address.
  4. Click Send.

Instant Messaging

  1. Open the Messaging tab.
  2. Select the team member you want to message.
  3. Type your message and hit Enter.
