How to Use Promotional Scheme Product Discount

Accessing the Feature: Navigate to the Empress dashboard and click on the ‘Promotional Scheme Product Discount’ link under the ‘Accounts’ module.

Creating a New Discount Scheme: Click on ‘New’ to create a new scheme. Fill in the required fields:
- Rule Description: Enter a brief description of the discount rule.
- Min Qty and Max Qty: Set the minimum and maximum quantity of the product for the rule to apply.
- Min Amount and Max Amount: Set the minimum and maximum amount for the rule to apply.
- Free Item: Check the ‘Same Item’ box if the free item is the same as the purchased one, or enter the item code in the ‘Item Code’ field for a different item.
- Qty: Specify the quantity of the free item.
- Rate: Set the rate for the free item.
- Threshold for Suggestion: Set the threshold percentage at which the system will suggest applying this rule.
- Priority: Set the priority of this rule if multiple rules apply.
