As a Network Builder for Empress, you are the bridge that connects our community to a broader audience and potential collaborators. Your role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships that can amplify the reach and impact of Empress, ensuring that our community’s ethos and mission are shared far and wide.
Key Objectives
- Forge meaningful connections and collaborations for the Empress community.
- Identify and engage with individuals, groups, and organizations that align with Empress’s values and mission.
- Enhance the community’s network, ensuring diverse and valuable connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partners, collaborators, and influencers who resonate with Empress’s mission.
- Initiate and nurture relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with community values.
- Organize and participate in networking events, both virtual and in-person, to represent and promote Empress.
- Gather feedback from the community and network to continuously refine and improve networking efforts.
