As the Partnerships Specialist for Empress, you are the bridge connecting the community with external organizations, influencers, and stakeholders. Your role is instrumental in forging meaningful collaborations that amplify the community’s impact and extend its reach.
Key Objectives
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships that align with the Empress community’s mission and values.
- Enhance the community’s influence and resources through strategic collaborations.
- Foster a culture of external engagement and mutual growth within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential partners, understanding their goals and exploring collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with community objectives.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring they remain fruitful and aligned with community values.
- Act as the primary liaison between Empress and its partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
