As a Values Explorer, your mission is to dive deep into the core values that drive our community and explore ways to infuse them into various community activities and initiatives. You will be pivotal in ensuring that our actions and interactions are aligned with our guiding principles.
Key Objectives
- Identify and articulate how our community’s values manifest in real-world activities and discussions.
- Promote value-aligned behaviors and decisions within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct “Values Audits” of ongoing and proposed community projects, ensuring they are in line with our core values.
- Facilitate community discussions around value-based topics, encouraging active participation and introspection.
- Collaborate with other community roles to ensure that value-based considerations are integrated into their strategies and actions.

- Strong communication skills for articulating complex ideas simply.

Collaboration & Interaction
- Work closely with roles like Engagement Strategists and Community Ambassadors to ensure value-aligned community actions.
- Engage in bi-weekly or monthly meetings to discuss findings and share insights on aligning community efforts with core values.
Performance Metrics
